At least now I know where the cut came from.  Lol.

i use those paint scraper to remove prints, and the razor part of it snapped on me... the tip of the blade is missing a corner...
i just don't want the bed to cool down :-(

Yeah, that bothers me. I work in a fabrication shop and if you don't make sure the edges are deburred & nobody can cut themselves, then you get in trouble, yet somehow tons of people are getting hurt on sharp edges from SD, the industry standard is to ensure there are no sharp edges in a fabricated piece.
