do you have the Sanguinololu or printrboard? ^ It looks like you are using the Sanguino w/ 644P . If you have a new printer then this is not going to work for you.

If you do in fact have the sanguinololu then a couple questions...

What version of Arduino are you using?

1.0.5 works http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Software

Make sure you use the latest libraries. Try using the firmware from lawsy's or adrians github

I have to push and hold the reset button for a second then release, then hit upload. There's several threads on here about updating issues, some requiring new chips.
