			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>That might be more of a slicing issue, with small gaps that don&#039;t divide evenly by thread width.&nbsp; Do they appear in the gcode preview?&nbsp; You can try upgrading Slic3r if it isn&#039;t current version, or try KISSlicer which does a better job filling small areas.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>so I picked up some hairspray and binder clips today to give this glass=/hairspray&nbsp; a whirl... wow what a difference in adhesion the part is really stuck on there!.&nbsp; why isn&#039;t a glass bed standard or at least an option for most printers? gotta be cheaper than polyimide tape..</p><p>even with the adjusted flowrate I still have some unwanted anomalies in t he circles.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>it in Rhoust In the manual controls. that did work! I just moved it from 100 to 105 and the next layer the gaps were closed..</p><p>I have another problem with the circles having gaps too but ill see if this fixes that problem too.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The spacing is a little inconsistent, so it might be that the extruder isn&#039;t keeping up.&nbsp; Look carefully at the bearing and see if it ever pauses as it turns, and check the gear for plastic dust.&nbsp; It&#039;s possible that it is having a little trouble extruding, and rather than skipping (which you can hear) it&#039;s stripping the filament a little bit.</p><p>As it prints, try turning up the flowrate slider a little bit.&nbsp; If it fills in the gaps evenly, then you can adjust the extrusion multiplier by whatever percent you increased the slider.&nbsp; If it starts to fill some of the gaps but leaves others, then there might be a partial blockage or a little too much friction in the PEEK.&nbsp; Keep in mind it will take a few lines for the slider to take effect.&nbsp; It has to run through the commands that are in the buffer before getting to the updated flow rate.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So after replacing the Y stepper and doing the &quot;perfect circles&quot; video again, re-leveling the&nbsp; bed, I try doing some simple prints. right away I start noticing problems. </p><p>In my first layers I notice there is spaces in between the layers, my extrusion multiplier is .82 federate and flowrate at both 100. and I recaluculated the steps per min and updated the EPROM. (maybe I should redo that??)</p>]]></content>
