			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>We have an enclosure, but also heat the enclosure with a &quot;personal&quot; small space heater (got it from Amazon). This heats the interior to 50C according to the temp reading from the extruder&#039;s thermistor before the extruder has been heated. It helps keep the ABS stable. We also have a fan ducted around the nozzel.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Basically your print head is heating up the layers below the current layer and allowing the top to shrink and the lower layers then let it pull up...short of putting a cooling fan on there you might try if you haven&#039;t already set the print temp as low as you can and still print good or speed up the print head so it isn&#039;t remelting previous layers as much.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>This is definitely as issue that can be fix with a cooling fan. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Exact same thing is happening to me, its enough to catch the nozzle and knock a whole print off.&nbsp; My enclosure is keeping the environment nice and stable, a small thermometer tells me my air temp is about 41C once its been running a while.</p><p>I &#039;think&#039; a nozzle cooling fan is the answer here, but I havent printed a mount yet so I cant test that.</p><p>If you try it, let me know how you go.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I ran into an issue when trying to print an object with a hole through it. While building up the print, prior to bridging, the layers will begin to curl up. Any thoughts on why this would occur?</p><p>Acrylic enclosure<br />E3D hotend @ 200º and 225º with no apparent change<br />qu-bd bed heated to 90º<br />No bottom warpage<br />Octave red ABS<br />.35mm layer height with speeds apx 15-20% higher than default</p><p>Also noticing some waviness to the layers when I watch closely. It doesn&#039;t lift nearly as much as the layers in question, but you can see some gaps in the image that were caused by this. apx 50% humidity in room with AC. I may need to pick up a tote to start storing my filament in.</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/fdSI30i.jpg" alt="http://i.imgur.com/fdSI30i.jpg" /></span></p>]]></content>
