			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Every time that the bed is not calibrated (usually i have to recalibrate it after two prints) , the plastic get stuck in the extruder. To remove the clogged nozzle i can&#039;t use the guitar string because doesn&#039;t work, I have to open the extruder and clean the inside. It only happens to me so often?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I would say anything less than .3mm.&nbsp; The new nozzles are .4mm, but I&#039;m not sure what size you have, so going with the smaller size is a good bet in any case.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You shouldn&#039;t have to take it apart for this part of the operations...&nbsp; Lower the bed &gt;30mm and use the guitar string from the bottom of the nozzle.&nbsp; Insert it until you start getting some ooze out of the nozzle around the string. remove the string and extrude 20-40mm to complete the clear.</p><p>If this doesn&#039;t clear it, then you may have to clear it by taking it apart and torching the nozzle, but let&#039;s not go that far first.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You, my friend, have a clogged nozzle.&nbsp; first step is to try to clear the nozzle using a guitar wire (E string, I believe).&nbsp; Careful, you may burn a finger or two as the nozzle gets hot!</p>]]></content>
