I think I got it, I also changed the filament guide, Not sure how much of a difference it makes, but it has a nice smooth transition up the sides.

The higher it is off the ground the more room it has to move, but the more weight there is pulling on the filament, elongating it.

The further the guide is from the end of the nozzle, the fatter the filament will be.

If all else fails, you could always grab a drill bit a size up and make the hole .1mm bigger.

The diameter is a function of a lot of things. 1.8mm filament is often unusable in bowden extruders, so I erred on the smaller size for the standard nozzles. I've printed with 1.5mm filament before just fine - you just need to tell your slicer what to expect.

I've tried 170-185.
It's 34'' from the ground to the nozzle, Does this actually effect the size coming out? I thought it was more so it could have room to move.
I've been moving the guide around, but from the nozzle to the end of the board it's about 4''

What material?
What temperatures have you tried?
How high is the extruder off the ground?
What is the horizontal distance from nozzle face to guide?
What is the horizontal distance from guide to the end of the board?

I've tried lowering the temp, raising the temp, and I just can't seem to get the diameter right, it always comes out thin around 1.50-1.60 ( I want 1.75) All though, while writing this I think I may know my problem, I've been letting it sit at temp for a bit, so maybe the plastic at the tip is to hot so it comes out thinner? I've only been running short batches right now. How long does it take to extrude the plastic near the tip?
