I have some I made up years ago for another project. They get into the tight gaps and remove the last bits of fluff that stick. They'll also fit inside holes to remove strings etc.

I'm not sure what to tell you with your current predicament, but I feel you pain with removing support material.

What slicing program are you using? I found that when ever I need to do a print with support, I like using Kisslicer instead of Slic3r. Kisslicer has better settings which will allow you to make supports that will "almost" just snap off.

If you haven't tried Kisslicer, I would highly recommend do so. The only draw back to using KS is that it does not have a brim option. So I still use Slic3r whenever I don't need supports.

What tool do you guy use for removing support?
i have a support stuck in a circle/tube like area... and my smallest knife can't reach it even if i can reach it, i can't make a flat cut. Using dremel to grind it doesn't work. it just melts :-(

this is 3rd time I print with support... is there a setting in rapetierHost to make the support easier to pull away? I use honey cone support... and sometimes the wall of the honeycone is imbeded to the model itself, and usually supports are in hard to reach place.. :-( sigh... some body help me!
