Attached fan wires to power supply wires on the electronics board.  Unscrew the small screws, pull out the power cord, wrap fan wire on the power cord leads, put the power cord back into the electronics board and tighten screws.

Make sure the fan is blowing air on the electronics to keep the chips cool.

It is an 80mm fan.  The one I used was the Radio Shack 280-1101.
