			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I had that happen when I lowered my Z axis while the printhead was stuck in a cool print. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Go to the manual control tab in RH and hit the &quot;stop motor&quot; button. That will turn the motors off and then you might be able to turn the z-axis rod by hand and to get it back up a few mm. In the topic that I linked below, they mentioned lowering your build volume height in the software by a couple mm so that doesn&#039;t happen again.</p><p>Looks like your printer tries to connect.&nbsp; You might have over heated the board trying to get the stuck motor to move. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I lowered my platform manually without paying much attention.
