I followed the Mac instructions on the SD install page and I can't get the printer online.  I'm a complete 3D printing noob, so I might be missing something simple.  I've tried running through the steps again, seeing if I missed something, but still no luck.

I'm about to do a full system restore and start over.

Any suggestions before I roll back?
