Can you see the switch at the rear of the z platform that closes when it touches a screw mounted on the back wall of the machine? That tells the machine when to stop the z platform (the bed) as it moves towards the extruder. If you screw that screw in a bit it will give you more clearance. You need a 2.5mm hex driver for it. There is a hole in the frame to provide access for a long driver, which is the best way to go. I was able to fit my 4mm glass bed this way. Find the bed levelling screw knobs on the Thingiverse, print them and superglue them to the lower ends of your screws. This allows you to level the bed with the glass in place. Screw those down a bit to start with. Get the z height set close to right and then fine tune it by levelling the bed. A piece of standard office paper is a good feeler gauge. Position the extruder over each of the screws in turn and work the screws until you can feel the contact of the extruder to the paper as you move it around between the bed and the nozzle.

Enjoy having your prints pop right off the glass as it cools down!

I highly recommend using heat treated glass. Normal annealed glass tends to break from thermal stress (especially if you hit it with a hot gun, as I tend to when I want to get a print running quickly).
