I think the wire they use for that connector sucks. This is how mine looked right out of the box. I spent many hours the first day trying to figure out why my PC would not connect properly and how I was hitting the MINTEMP with no heat.

What is your temp set to for your extruder? Also, you should autotune your PID. If you do a quick search you will find a link to the procedure. This will make your extruder temps rock solid.

It stopped about half way thru a 4 hr print.
ideas?
