			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Have you switched Repetier Host to use the correct serial port ? By default it will connect to &quot;VirtualPrinter&quot; which simply &#039;mimics&#039; a printer... you need to go into Config-&gt;Printer Settings and ensure its on the correct Com Port.</p><p>However, on a bright note (boom tish), if the printer &#039;lights up&#039;, then its getting power, as the LED&#039;s are powered via the external power supply and not the USB...</p><p>So I really suspect its simply a comport issue. Check where the Arduino shows up under Device Manager, and then make sure that port @ 250000 Bps is selected in Repetier-Host.</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Solidoodle 3 - new user - can't see printer windows pc London, UK]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi,<br />We have bought a Solidoodle3 from th Imakr store in London. at the moment we can&#039;t do even a test print.<br />Have installed python 3.3,Reptier - Host and USB driver on windows 32 bit laptop but cannot see the new device.<br />I switched the plug to the power suply to a UK plug with 3A fuse, the printer lights up and acording to Reptier the Extuder heats up but will not retract to allow the filament to be cleared.<br />On the power supply unit the light is green but on the control panel at the back of the printer there is a red light by the E letter.</p><p>reading the forum I think that either:</p><p> I might have a hardware problem with thepower supply?<br />or<br />I have not installed the right software drivers?</p><p>have emailed solidoodle help but hoping might get a faster reply here.</p><p>Have re-installed drivers but running out of ideas, any help apprecated?</p><p>also, any UK solidoodle users in London?</p><p>Thanks Alun</p>]]></content>
