I'm trying to figure out which kit to buy, but it seems that most have long lead times. I'm looking for something that can ship immediately, because next weekend my wife is out of town and I'll have two whole days to start tinkering with it. smile

I'm a mechanical engineer with access to a machine shop and laser cutter, if that matters. Cost isn't really an object.
