I will put a photo.</p><p>thingiverse n°53451</p><p>I have :<br />- solidoodle 2 <br />- ABS 1.75mm<br />- repetier v0.85b</p><p>What parameters could I change in order to avoid sticking</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Raph</p></blockquote></div><p>Raph,</p><p>This bearing works pretty well.&nbsp; It took breaking in with a drill as well as some CRC silicone lubricant to loosen it up, but it only barely stuck together when I first took it off the printer.&nbsp; I have since printed one at 2x scale and it works much better and is incredibly smooth.&nbsp; I would recommend, however, to go into the customizer on thingiverse and change the tolerance on the gear bearing to something higher.&nbsp; I&#039;m not sure what number will work exactly unfortunately, but this is the parameter that you can change in order to keep the gears from sticking together after the print is finished.</p><p>Alternatively, you might also want to calibrate your extrusion multiplier to make sure that you aren&#039;t overextruding.&nbsp; This could also cause the gears to stick together.&nbsp; Finally, you might also want to make sure that your first layer is extruding just enough to stick but not so much that it squishes too much and blobs out.&nbsp; Let me know if you have any other questions.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My first ABS print didn&#039;t stick.. nor the three after, all slipped at some point in the print. Going exclusive PLA. This did wonderfully on one part the whole time [img XX50]. Another [img XX51] did not do so well and ended up taking a dump off of a bridge onto my windshield in the end and was the reason it peeled. Took hours just to get this far, some help would be much appreciated. Let&#039;s not start with how successful I am with black...</p>]]></content>

I have used them in quite a few printed projects now. I have another 40 on the way. I would recommend that anyone that has a 3D printer get a set of those magnets and a set of misc springs.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It is not required, although it does make leveling the bed more accurate. There are several methods that people are using for leveling the beds. You can also use a piece of paper to check for bed level and height adjustment. Search the forum or review the wiki&#039;s for the different setup methods. In order to use the dial indicator, you will need to print the mount of your choosing. (Either the one for the stock jigsaw or the one that fits the mk4) therefore you will probably want to use the paper method first. Before you start printing I would recommend homing your printer then manually moving your print head around the entire bed to make sure it doesn&#039;t strike the bed before your first print job. That way you won&#039;t have a head crash that could mess up your first print or rip your kapton.</p>]]></content>
