			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>If this is the US.. remember that they haver rather, lets say, <em>unique</em> takes on how Grounding(earthing) works compared to the rest of the world; partilcularly if this is in a building that dates back to the 1960&#039;s.</p><p>Its entirely possible as ronsii pointed out to have current/voltage present in your earth/ground due to wiring issues elsewhere in the premises. </p><p>See <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground_and_neutral">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground_and_neutral</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_wiring_in_North_America#Comparison_of_US_practices_with_other_countries">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical … _countries</a> for more details, particularly the section about &#039;tingle voltage filters&#039; that are often put into dairy farms etc (cows are more sensitive than most humans...).</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Unkown reason but my chassis is charged!]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I was leaning in to get a close look and my bottom lip contacted the corner of the chassis and I noticed that i felt a shock, about the same as a 9 volt battery. Anyone know why this might be, or if its dangerous?</p>]]></content>
