I would like to use the support material as support filament in a dual Bowden setup. That was the question I was trying to get at. The ABS and support both print at 300 C on the Dimension, but the ABS prints fine at 195 on my Doodle. I wonder if the support will likewise print at 195? We have the breakaway material and it is also soluble. My knuckles will never recover from removing that stuff every day.

Dimension ABS should work fine in the SD @ 190C to 195C. I don't know about the support material. I cant imagine why you would want to use dimension ABS though...the prices are insane for a roll of filament.
I was wondering more about the support material. I've tried the abs and it works fine, but as you said it is very expensive although we frequently just toss the last 5-10% of our spools since they wont finish the next print. However the support material might be worthwhile if it extrudes fine in a dual Bowden setup.

I'm sure if you knew what temp it printed at it would work fine. Are you just going to use it to make prints? When I worked with a dimension we had one with the breakaway support material and that stuff was fragile as ever, don't think I would want to make a print out of it. I think you would be set if you had the dual Bowden setup.
