			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The SLA was from Quickparts.com in their &quot;polycarbonate like&quot; material with a &quot;QuickClear&quot; finish. (The finish has to do with some of the hand polishing they apply after printing to smooth out the layers.)&nbsp; Then I stained the plastic using RIT dye, there&#039;s a link further up in this thread to the blog post.</p><br /><p>As to whether SLA is food safe or not... I certainly wouldn&#039;t sell it to the public that way, but I was willing to risk it for my own personal use :-).&nbsp; The material we selected for the actual injection molded production run meets certain FDA requirements for &quot;repeated contact with food substances&quot;</p>]]></content>

People tell me they can only make it work with teeny forks and double stuff Oreos. ours works with non-sandwich cookies, too :-). We know we&#039;re solving a pretty first-world problem.&nbsp; It&#039;s not the only silly thing we make.&nbsp; I&#039;d share the link to our Panic Button Light Switch Kit, but the forum wouldn&#039;t let me.</p>]]></content>
