This reduces the tension on the filament, so the gear can't grip it properly to push it. Carefully remove the extruder arm and inspect it thoroughly for any cracks. If it's cracked, replace it. An all-metal extruder upgrade is a very common and recommended fix for this.

Can someone please help me with this problem.
