I know is sounds paranoid but data is worth millions and your personal information sold to the right bidder can make them money. So I did and they gave me a link to download a &quot;hot fix&quot; for it. Well the link they provided me was dead. So I emailed them back and still haven&#039;t heard a word back</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Can't print - Smart Tag not recognized]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So I opened my xyz software yesterday and it told me there was a firmware updatev for my daVinci mini w, so I updated to 1.4. I&#039;ve had nothing but good results in the past, but my luck has run out ... learned my lesson, no more fw updates.</p><p>I&#039;ve had my printer for about 5 years and it works awesome. Last year, in Feb, I bought the smart tag to not deal with the filament issue. I never got into resetting my cartridges. Everything worked FINE until yesterday. I updated and suddenly it&#039;s telling me my smart tag is registered with another printer ... and then it gives me my own S/N. I cannot even change my filament with this message. I can&#039;t find where the &quot;registration&quot; is for the smart tag to change it ... I also tried downgrading the firmware and it will let me change my filament at that point but then tells me I don&#039;t have enough filament to do a print job (pre-smart tag firmware I guess). </p><p>I&#039;m annoyed an frustrated and I emailed xyz support and they&#039;ll &quot;get back to me in 10 business days&quot;. I enjoy printing and can deal with hardware issues, but such a proprietory company that has a software issue like this just ... grrrrrrr.</p><p>Any solutions for the forseeable future?<br />Cura settings for the daVinci mini w??</p><p>Thanks.</p>]]></content>
