Hi! I'm having the very same problem...software works fine with my notebook but doesn't recognize any .stl or .obj file when using the lab computer. How did you fix it?

Cannot import to the work spac]]> Could it be a UAC issue? Perhaps the install of XYZ does not have rights to the folder where you are trying to access the files from? Have you tried to run XYZPrint with elevated rights (as admin)?
