			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The machine is marketed as .1 being it&#039;s lowest resolution. So you are expecting too much from it. The raft is never printed at the set resolution but much thicker.</p>]]></content>

I made a correction of the Z position from 0.15mm, it doesn&#039;t help?</p><p>I can&#039;t image that I am the only person with such issues :-(</p><p>I am sure it has something to do with finding the correct setting of the &quot;sweet spot&quot; and propably another parameter :-(</p><p>Gerard</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Impossible to Print with Layer height of 0.02mm?]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello</p><p>I did some testing with fine 3D Printing. The 0.1 &amp; 0.05 is working fine with the &quot;da vinci mini w&quot;, but as soon as I want to use the 0.02mm layer it doesn&#039;t work</p><p>The Raft is printed fine but as soon as it will print the figur the nozzle went through the just printed material and destroyed the 3D print :-(</p><p>I want to made 3D figures for RC boats, the scale is about 1:18 and the deepth is about 2.8cm (the total length of the legs is 5.5cm, based on a normal body length from 180cm)</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?MVMUYMA.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?MVMUYMA.png" /></span></p><p>I also reduced the Generell Settings (sorry about the screencopy in German Languege, the XYZPrint for Mac isn&#039;t able to change to English, this is only availible for Windows :-(</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?fD0D5vf.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?fD0D5vf.png" /></span></p><p>I reduced the Speed to only 20mm/s</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?OSsmq5N.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?OSsmq5N.png" /></span></p><p>The Fundament is changed to the following Settings</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?tXUvBsm.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?tXUvBsm.png" /></span></p><p>The auto-calibration found a new value after I installed BuildTax surface from 2.4 to 2.9mm</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?Dq1LnzK.png" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?Dq1LnzK.png" /></span></p><p>Who is able to correct my settings to work correct with 0.02mm layer height</p><p>Gerard</p><p>p.s. for people who want to test, the can download the .stl file from my server!<br /><a href="http://www.iscience.ch/~filechute/filechute/20200523%20Sitting%20Girl.stl">http://www.iscience.ch/~filechute/filec … 20Girl.stl</a></p>]]></content>
