Was this resolved?  I am having a similar issue, installed new software, but the print app will not 'login' when I click the button and the print buttons stay grey.

The Pro works fine. XYZ print sees the printer, and it works. Good

The 1.0a works ok, calibrates, prints the keyring demo.  It can be seen on COM5 USB and in XYZ print you can select it. But once you have prepared the file, the PRINT button is grey, so I can't print to it??!?!

I've reinstalled the software, I've restated the PC since, I've tried other COM ports.

Ideas? Thanks in advance
