The culprit was a filament guide tube pulling the filament too taught. After removing the tube I have yet to have the same problem.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It&#039;s one of the issues with Lawsy&#039;s mk4 design - there&#039;s an unconstrained section between the drive wheel and the top of the PEEK/PTFE insulator. Usually it&#039;s fine, but if the filament is getting too warm before feeding into the hotend, or the hotend isn&#039;t hot enough (resulting in excessive force to extrude) then it&#039;ll do that.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Has this happened to anybody else? Was printing right along and&nbsp; this happened while I was a away for&nbsp; a few minutes. It has a new hot end which was tested before I started the print. All was well.It acts like the extruder temp dropped but it hadn&#039;t (195)</p>]]></content>
