			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Unless something in the wiring has changed since you posted pics you don not have power connected to the board properly. It requires three power connections the can be split from the power supply. The power goes in on the large black connector with screw bindings and the small green connector with screw bindings next to the black around the corner and to the green connector near the four heater connector connectors. The hotend then connects to HE1 by default and the bed connected one of the HBED ports. </p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="https://i.imgur.com/M6RVeZE.jpg" alt="https://i.imgur.com/M6RVeZE.jpg" /></span></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The heater never gets warm to the touch, but if I hold onto it for a minute or so, the indicated temperature will rise a degree or two, so the thermistor is registering temperature. I have the heater connected to HE2. I thought I saw an HE0 somewhere, maybe in the configuration tool, but there is no HE0 on my board. Is there some kind of numbering offset from the configurator to the actual board? I disconnected the heater from the board, and it measures 20 ohms. Does that sound right? It would seem to indicate a closed circuit.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The temperature output graph would tell us a lot.&nbsp; It’ll show output and actual temperature.&nbsp; Based on your last comment, it isn’t heating quick enough (or at all) this is tripping the thermal runaway fail safe.&nbsp; Are you sure you have the heat cartridge connected properly?<br />When I look at the pictures it appears as though no heater is connected. I’m viewing on my phone.&nbsp; That also means I am unable to view the configuration.h</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It show 21c and varies slightly which indicates to me that it is reporting a real time temperature. There is a slight delay from the time I turn the heat on until it throws the M999 ( I&#039;d say about 10 seconds). In that time, the temperature reported does not change other than the fractions of a degree that it always varies.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>When you start your heat up, what’s the temp chart in RH showing?&nbsp; Is it throwing M999 as soon as you turn the heat on?&nbsp; If so that sounds like a thermistor issue.&nbsp; What temp is being reported for the nozzle before you attempt to heat?&nbsp; It should read room temp (about 25c).</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p><p>I wasn&#039;t sure if this should go in Projects or Software &amp; Firmware. Since i suspect it&#039;s a configuration issue, I&#039;ll try here first.</p><p>I&#039;m somewhat new to 3D printers, but have built a CNC router before. I am in the process of completing a fairly large 3D printer. It uses the Azteeg X3 Pro printer controller. All of the axes are functioning, as well as the limit stops and extruder temperature. I cannot get the hotend to heat, and I suspect it&#039;s a problem with my configuration but have not been able to figure it out. When I use Repetier Host to try to manually heat the hotend, I get a decoupled error and nothing will work any more until reset/M999.</p><p>Here is my configuration.h file and my wiring of the Azteeg X3 Pro. Please excuse the rat&#039;s nest, I will do the wire management once things are working. Thanks</p>]]></content>
