The flashforge creator dual wood frame is almost identical to the flashforge creator x metal frame
the both use a basic 2004 or 20X4 lcd display readily available from many electronics suppliers. Either as a display alone or often for the same price mounted on a controller card that allows for input as well as output.
It appears flashforge no longer supports these older models as newer ones are now on the market. Unless you can find someone willing to repair it you will need to source your own part. not difficult but you need to be willing to dive in the machine and take things apart.

https://flashforge-usa.com/collections/ … efurbished

https://www.treatstock.com/static/uploa … s/hgyh.pdf

https://3duniverse.org/3D%20Universe's%20Unofficial%20FlashForge%20Creator%20X%20Manual.pdf

https://www.bing.com/search?q=20x4+lcd+ … ORM=HDRSC1
