You'd think they'd move to getting their own email server or switching to something else but that's the solution for now.

I want to export a solidoodle to Germany. I've already clearified most issues with german costom and us custom. But there are still open questions. So I sent them to support@solidoodle.com. But I got no reaction (twice). Is there a better way to contact?
