Yes baud rate must be set to 250000

I just got my Solidoodle today and am mega keen to get cracking, but unfortunately I have run across a problem connecting to the printer and was wondering if anyone here may be of help.
I have also emailed support.
Here is a screen cap of the error message that I get.
