Looks like you have at least read the forms and are current with the information, just not sure where to go from here. You mentioned your two options.

1) You could swap cards with someone, that will work.
2) Buying paper tags will be your cheapest route

Make sure that any method you use you update the tag prior to placing it in your printer. With that version of firmware I do not remember the maximum amount you can program the tag to.

Hello. There's a lot of misinformation out there, and I'm trying to figure out what is the right path forward for me.
I have a Davinci Jr 2.3.3 and a bunch of official filament that I've accidentally nuked with bad NFC tag updating.

I have 2 tags that were run down to 0 and don't seem to allow reflashing, and one tag that I ran down to 177m before trying to reset it, and now the printer doesn't recognize the tag anymore.
-I guess I was supposed to flash it before I put it in the printer?

What is the right way forward? Should I trade tags with someone, so I can get a unique ID that my printer hasn't seen? Can I print a paper NFC tag? Do I need to buy another roll of official filament, and flash it before I insert it?

I'm using an android app called 'NFCXYZ' that I paid a dollar for.
