Have had my da vinci pro 1.0 for 3 years 90% trouble free printing today it crashed and had 2 black lines across the display turning on and off nothing no boot up.  So thought would check the back and took the memory card out and back in no change.

So I put in a new memory card printer booted up but the card I used was blank and the old card is unreadable are there any configuration files on the sd card that I am missing?. as since the new card is in the print head doesn't heat or cool down says its at 220 to 250 degrees no building up heat just constant.  It was printing as normal last night.

Have tried to contact XZY but just fails when trying to send message.

Thank you for any help with this as its got me stuck.
