if you really want to know more, i suggest checking out their twitter page - see what it is they are trying to fix.
otherwise, you could maybe reach out to them directly?

I'm pretty sure it only works on files setup for it. Is the one you are trying to work with made for it?

dont know what you are seeing, but when I go there, this is what I see right at the top of the page...

other than being a bit slow, it seems to be working fine for me.
