I have the latest xyz suite, but print does not list my printer anywhere within it. If I connect it manually then Xyzprint simply calls it "Da Vinci" and says "Not matched" on a caution icon. The print button is permanently greyed out.  Any attempts to print from a USB or from Simplify3D (4.0) just bring up the message on the printer's screen "This model is not supported".

I'm at a total loss.
