It should have a part number on it and Mouser or Digikey would sell it. It's not some magic unique part.

Meanwhile, magnet sensor is falling off and sometimes fails to register turns so servo does not turn.
Do you sell that sensor by its self ?

When you turned by hand, you would have pulled the filament back within the bounds of the sensors, and then it could track it again.

This is confirmed by cleaning the sensors fixing things.

In the future you can check if it is a control or motor problem by measuring the voltage at the motor.

It seem to have fixed the problem but the way it behaves does not indicate that it was at the sensors to begin with.
Filament would drop below the lowest photo sensor and then motor just stays still until i turn it by hand. Then it would turn like normal.

Does it happen if set in manual mode with the speed set close to the same speed as automatic mode?

What could be the possible cause for motor to just stop turning in automatic mode ?
Motor is not faulty.
Laser is ON all the time (i cannot confirm if sensors are reading anything)
It would work find and suddenly quit.
Dust, rust maybe ? It all looks clean to me.
