On my davinci junior 1.0 the filament pushes out of the guide tube..

The print starts good but after a while the guide tube comes out of that metal insert.
It happens once that the guide tube comes out on the side of the filament roll, and once it came out on the side of the printhead..

Anyone knows this issue?
