ok, ill check the bearings and wheels. As for the gantry, i know the z axis is square. i placed the power brick under it and and it lays parallel with it. As in, i put power brick on the build plate, then use controls to lower the z axis and it lays completly flat.

ill check the places you told me to though.

thanks

EDIT:

the print bed meets the front squarly. so i think we are good there. i will check the mounts next

thanks

Look at the bearing mounts in the top of the machine for the rods that the belts roll on. One or more of those is cracked or broken. Also check to make sure your gantry is square. Pull it full forward and make sure both ends meet the front of the machine at the same time. If it does not then one of your belts have skipped one or more teeth.

Its got some odd bulges on it, granted i do not know if that is in the x or the y because i forgot which way it printed haha. one axis reads 23.33mm and the other axis reads 22.8.

thanks

So, the davinci is having issues printing a decent circle. I have noticed that if the cirlce is created by vertivle layers being built up until a circle forms, they are great, but if it draws the circle first, it looks odd and malformed. I can get a pic soon.

What can i do to get it to print circles better? it used to print them pretty good. (in the pics provided, notice how the half circles are terrible. BUT it used to print good circles like the small radius gauge pic i provide

also, is there any way to replace the nozzle on this or do i have to buy an entirely new extruder?

thanks
