			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Double check your wiring for PID, ThermoCoupler, and heater,&nbsp; if everything okay then sounds the problem is in PID.<br />But wait for Tim&#039;s comment, we do not know exactly what orAL really means.<br />On my unit, just running the Main power alone, without turning on the motor, my heater can reach 180 degree.</p>]]></content>

I get the same error with the motor on or off, I checked the auger, it spins freely.<br />I checked the thermistor wiring and rerouted it outsider the insulation, still getting the same error message orAL</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My guess would be that it means open relay alarm. It is not seeing the system get up to temp in an expected time so it is assuming the relay controlling the heater is defective in some way.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>After a couple of Google searches, it appears this is a problem with the thermistor I will check my wiring and reroute the thermistor wire outside of the thermal insulation around the nozzle and extruder tube.</p>]]></content>
