I followed the included instructions to download XYZmaker Suite v1.0.5. When I load it up, I see the screen (attached) but the buttons to start XYZmaker or XYZprint do nothing. I've also tried XYZWare v2.1.32.3. XYZWare recognizes my printer, but there is no option for nano in the setup so it will not print.

I've wasted my entire day on this, and am beyond frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.
