It's finding someone suitably qualified and equiped to do the repair without unwittingly trusting it to some hobbiest that advertises pcb repairs in his shed as it's a very minute connection on the board.

[Update] XYZ have agreed to replace the parts so either way I'll be back up and running in days or weeks.

Unless somebody is gutting and/or scrapping a printer you can't just get one of these boards. I would try to source the connector.

It fits just above the filament drive unit and attaches with a 2" 3pin cable to the drive sensor.
