I have exactly the same issue.
Impossible to connect whatever the USB port I select, even with the software at the last issue.
Any idea?

For solve this problem you have to bend the plate holding the SD card.
I have also cleaned the alcohol contacts.
In my case there were 5 files on the card: CMD_log.txt; filename.txt and 3 models with 3w extension.

Brace yourself. They are going to ask you to return it at your cost to Taiwan most likely. They do not pay for returns even for defective units.

Everything was working fine until some days ago were XYZWare couldn't find my printer anymore. https://imgur.com/ohpxGZ1

Windows recognizes the printer : https://i.imgur.com/FvsumkL.png and is on the right COM. There a little yellow sign but it said it couldn't find any error.

I've tried to unplug every usb that was connected to my computer. It didn't change anything. I've also tried to reinstall XYZWare, no result. Turning off and on my computer or my printer doesn't help.

It may be a driver issue? But I can't find them anywhere.. I don't know what to do
