Just tried to run it directly from the power supply and it doesn't spin. I was a polarity issue. And I have the motor fan working. The lights all come on and seem to function correctly. The heater is heating and the heater control seems to work properly. however the motor is not turning. And the fans are not coming on. Where did I go wrong?
