I have not got my Wanhao D7 print stick to build plate yet, so I don't know what to expect, hopefully it will be something better than this.

It's actually 10% of the entire transaction, and it's exactly as you said, because there those that were trying to avoid paying fees by listing $10 item for $1, with $9 shipping.

So now everybody pays 10% of the final selling price, including shipping.
