So, after reading tons of articles, reviews and posts on this forum, I have ordered a Solidoodle 3. I have picked up a lot of information already, but I was wondering if anyone has compiled a complete guide for things that should be done to the SD3 right out of the box to ensure good prints. Also, I have seen the "plastic tray" enclosure mode for the SD2. Has anybody found a similar tray that fits the SD3? Also, are there exact measurements somewhere so that I can get the acrylic cut for the sides of the enclosure before my SD3 ships?

So far, I'm planning on building the enclosure, getting some 8" square glass plates for printing, and installing all of the software. Apparently I have 6-8 weeks to get that done. I have read about several calibrations that need to be done, but I don't think I've found a complete list of them. I apologize if my use of the search function missed the obvious.

The first mod I plan to do is the 40mm fan, but I need to be making decent prints before I get there.
