			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>What position is the USB power jumper in? Not a win10 user but have plenty of Rumba experience. If it’s in the wrong the board won’t show up unless 12v Power is supplied.&nbsp; In the USB position it receives power from the USB.&nbsp; Some systems simply don’t provide enough power to run the Rumba.&nbsp; I’ve had others that will be recognized with USB power only after an initial start using external power.<br />Just tossing around ideas for you.</p>]]></content>
