]]>First of all, we shipped it by the method you selected (Priority Mail International), not economy. As noted on our website, typical time in transit is 2-3 weeks. It has been 6 days so far, one of which was a national holiday and 2 of which were the weekend.
Second, we lose money charging $60 for international Priority shipping. International shipping costs us, on average, $67.
Third, actually most Canadians customers complain about DHL and UPS, and ask specifically for USPS as it cuts down on their import fees.
Fourth, I wish it only weighed 3kg, we could offer a lot cheaper shipping. The package weighs about 6kg.

It is being shipped economy. That means it is being shipped by bulk on trucks or planes that hit multiple centers, unload everything then reload it. I have had several packages shipped this way and tracking showed it to go back and fourth across the continent twice before finally arriving in my state. It also took a week longer than standard mail would.
