			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Freeware collection]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>As I&#039;m preparing to go operational with my 3d printing setup, I&#039;m increasingly bewildered by the variety and capabilities of 3d freeware out there, and wonder what the best &#039;collection&#039; of freeware might be, for a beginner at least. </p><p>I intend to take pre-existing .stl files, convert them to something editable (like .obj), edit them, verify their integrity, and do whatever else it takes to generate a file my printer can use. Do you have a group of favorite freewares for this sort of application? How do they fit into your work flow? I&#039;d like to hear as much as I can on this.</p>]]></content>
