			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hey dale. the only way to fix this would be to have access to the firmware and to be able to change the steps per mm for each axis motor. Right now yours are a bit off. The only other thing you could do is scale up the model a certain amount. You would need to do the math and see what percentage each axis falls short then use that as your scale up percentage. Scaling is the cheat fix but in your case you have no choice since you have no access to the firmware.</p><p>Honestly though .2mm +/- is considered well tuned for an FDM. Beyond that and you are just splitting hairs. If you need more precision than FDM may not be the way you need to go. So you X axis is good.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I designed a 30 X 30 X 30 cube for calibration. <br />I have a Makerbot Replicator 2X (dual extruder)<br />I have it set as a multiplier of 1.0<br />here is what the printed cube measured. </p><p>Y - 29.79<br />X- 29.85<br />Z - 29.55</p><p>Looking at the Pic and dimensions what will improve the print?</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://soliforum.com/i/?qd69VkM.jpg" alt="http://soliforum.com/i/?qd69VkM.jpg" /></span><br />Thanks<br />Dale.</p>]]></content>
