You can also google and read about "cool head lift". These option give longer time for print to cool between layers. Great print quality and filament compatibility. As far as an e3d upgrade read the posts hear . I have had no problems but I also do not have a Davinci machine. I need to figure out a better way to cool it off in the long run. Would you suggest any different mod for better cooling? I'm using the original Davinci Hot end, but considering the E3D.
Trying the multi-printout now and will slow down the print when it gets started

I've been working with a small game piece from Sorry (pic below) at 0.1 layer height. While the bottom looks good, I can't get the stem to be acceptable. I've tried bringing the hot end temp down to 180 and slowing the print speed down to 25. That helps but I still get the following. Any suggestions?
