But while looking in the sketch config, it lists this. Should it be changed to x home pos 200 and y too?

200,200 is Home on an SD.  That is the right rear of the machine.

So I can manually move x , y , z in Rep, but when I home any of them they go the opposite direction. Any ideas?

The driver should be installed with your  your arduino and then just use repiter to run things.

I had a setback with my laptop a few days ago, the hard drive crapped out on me. So it may be a few more days til I'm back to tinkering with my printer.
