OMG, lots of negative feeling about my hypothetical employer! I agree XYZ cause lots of damages, but people can change, company can improve. When Apple switch their os to 9.x and then to osx, lots of instability and constant change of development tools system. But, these doesn't stop it from becoming a great company. So, I would not say never again!

Not that XYZ already changed, still poor customer service based on people's complain, but there is still hope it can become great company. It just take lots of complain to help them grow up.

I am not impressed by the full color printer. too expensive. it is basically an inject printer on top of a 3D printer, and the color is terrible. not to mention the terrible design make post 3D printing process impossible before the color printing.

XYZ trying to build fancy machine, but don't spend time to perfect the current design. They invest heavily on high tech, but ignore the details that make their product perfect. Their 3D scanner is difficult to use and poor quality, constantly jamming hot end stay unimproved. Problematic auto-leveling still problematic.

But in the end, the so called user experience is not how fancy technology you use, it is how easy to use the machine and how reliable your machines works. I think it is more important to invest on reputation than fancy high tech.

Have people still not learned their lesson about XYZ and it's poor support, customer service, oh ans the little foot notes they neglect to share such as the 1.0A advertised as being able to print PLA but needs a optional head to do so.Yep they just sort of missed that note. Nope I had my spin with them, and never again. There are other full color 3D printers out there. XYZ is not first nor the last.
