			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It looks like the motor has been overloaded, and the stall protection board may not have been set up properly. All motors are tested before shipment.</p><p>In the assembly process, there is a step that asks the user to confirm the auger rotates freely by hand. Did it rotate freely then?</p><p>Did you add any plastic yet? 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>A grinding sound indicates that one or more gears are stripped in the gearbox. Would recommend checking the gears. If stripped, we do well replacements. You&#039;ll also want to check the stall protection board current limit, as that prevents the gearbox from damaging itself. </p><p>In the assembly process, there is a step that asks the user to confirm the auger rotates freely by hand.
